Privately owned optometry practice started 40 years ago by Dr. KJ Shaheen. It began in downtown Canton and then moved to a new location on Hills & Dales road in Canton, OH. His wife helped him get the business going, and they hired recptionists as the years progessed. Two years ago, Dr. Michael Shaheen joined the practice. By using the technology, Hills & Dales will be able to provide the customer with faster service which keeps the customer loyal with the company because of this reengineering process. Before technological advances, Hills & Dales has to revert to having many steps in the ordering process rather than one step with future technology.
